The motel staff made arrangement for us to pick up the keys even when we arrived only at 2am. The facility is in good condition and the receptionist was very friendly. As this was our first night in NZ for our holidays, it going smooth in all ways helped us to settle well fast.

The hotel was nice, and the bed was comfortable, overall clean, aside from the dirty pair of socks beside the bed left from previous guests. There was a concert happening nearby when we stayed and it was very loud. Overall, it was a good place to stop in before our flight.

Great position - whilst on a main road, I was in a very quiet unit. Bus stop outside, close to a supermarket and speciality shops, and a short bus ride to the largest Westfield shopping centre in the South Island. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was very tidy. Car parking was provided. The location was excellent for our purpose as it was about 800 m only to UC so we walked to attend the Open Day. Close to the Westfield Mall too.
