The king size bed was very comfortable, the shower and bathroom were clean and the location was excellent as it is near University of Canterbury campus. Coffee, tea, milk supply were always replenished. The staff were pleasant, helpful and always accommodating. The hotel is near the groceries, shops, mall and restaurants. Great location.

After a bit of a mix up with our room we had it quickly resolved to get into our correct room for our second & third night of our stay. Comfortable beds, all we needed in the kitchen for our breakfasts (we supplied our own). Friendly staff who went above & beyond to make sure we were happy.

The motel facilities and staff: The bed is comfortable, clean and smelling good. The room is tidy and clean. The staff are nice and they gave sufficient supply of coffee, milk, etc. Location wise, very near the UoC campus. Very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Shopping is good at the Westfield Mall which is about 2 Km away.

We frequently stay in motels. We had a late from Rarotonga and arrived in our room which was pre-heated for us..it was lovely to sleep in crispy clean sheets which is the least we can say regarding our holiday home in rarotonga. The price was a bargain..reception very helpful. Yes we could stay their again.

The room was very clean, it was a little small for us, but we made it work. Thank you so much for the service everyday 😊. It was a great location, as our conference was just around the corner. Happy with our stay, it was great to have a washing machine and dryer there, so we could do laundry 😊 Thank you

Hotel staff were wonderful. They kindly waited for us to check in at 8pm and allowed us to check out late at 11am. Good size room, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Really appreciated having a table and chairs for eating. It’s surprising how many motels have suites with cooking facilities but don’t have a table to eat at. Good location, close to train, shopping mall, grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

Clean and tidy. Easy to find. Good location - handy for airport. Easy to keep warm. Good parking away from the road. Lovely friendly staff.

We had stayed here 2 weeks previously because of its good location close to our family, and had appreciated a clean room and a good bed at a reasonable price. This time another overnight stay to visit relatives in hospital on our way to a wedding at Hanmer Springs for the weekend

I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom which was very nice since I stayed for 10 days to visit family living nearby. Location was very convenient, bed was firm and comfortable and rooms had everything I needed. Kitchenette worked well for me to prepare simple dinners.

I had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with everything I needed especially a comfortable pillow. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, close to airport and the mall. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
