The motel facilities and staff: The bed is comfortable, clean and smelling good. The room is tidy and clean. The staff are nice and they gave sufficient supply of coffee, milk, etc. Location wise, very near the UoC campus. Very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Shopping is good at the Westfield Mall which is about 2 Km away.

Hotel staff were wonderful. They kindly waited for us to check in at 8pm and allowed us to check out late at 11am. Good size room, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Really appreciated having a table and chairs for eating. It’s surprising how many motels have suites with cooking facilities but don’t have a table to eat at. Good location, close to train, shopping mall, grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

Clean and tidy. Easy to find. Good location - handy for airport. Easy to keep warm. Good parking away from the road. Lovely friendly staff.

We had stayed here 2 weeks previously because of its good location close to our family, and had appreciated a clean room and a good bed at a reasonable price. This time another overnight stay to visit relatives in hospital on our way to a wedding at Hanmer Springs for the weekend

I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom which was very nice since I stayed for 10 days to visit family living nearby. Location was very convenient, bed was firm and comfortable and rooms had everything I needed. Kitchenette worked well for me to prepare simple dinners.

I had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with everything I needed especially a comfortable pillow. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, close to airport and the mall. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great position - whilst on a main road, I was in a very quiet unit. Bus stop outside, close to a supermarket and speciality shops, and a short bus ride to the largest Westfield shopping centre in the South Island. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I had an upgrade to be on the ground floor. This was very helpful to unload a campervan full of gear and then sort out in the room. The room was clean, with good equipment

We had already stayed here a few times for single nights when visiting sick family members, so knew we would have a warm clean room to stay in, in a handy location. We very much appreciated being upgraded to a one room apartment this time.
